10.1 inch Memoryboard

I LOVE this board. It just makes everything so much easier for my mom with advancing Alzheimers. I can remind her I am coming over, then reminder to get ready, then let her know I'm on my way. Before, I would call and share all three things, only to arrive and she wasn't ready. The Memoryboard has been a game changer for us. We've discussed getting a second board in the future, as she continues to decline.

My mom lived with us for many years until her memory started to fade too much for us to be able to give her adequate care. Every morning before she woke up, I would write on a whiteboard what to expect for the day so that she could remember what was going on. When I needed to move her into Assisted Living, I was really worried about her memory and how to contact her if she couldn’t hear her phone and not having her whiteboard, she was going to be really sad. It was recommended that I check out Memory Board and I’m so glad I did. I ordered it immediately and put it in her new apartment on day one. I made sure that I reached out to all family and friends and gave them an opportunity to send her messages and pictures as well. She looks forward to it every day and always comments every time we visit how much she loves her Memory Board. We can remind her when we’re coming to visit. Remind her of activities that she would enjoy where she lives. It’s sitting right where she can see it from her favorite chair. It’s a lifesaver to all of us and we love it. Thank you so much for developing this for us.

My mother is very hesitant with any type of technology and I was apprehensive about introducing this. At first she thought it would be “one more thing to look at” but once I started adding messages I found her referring to it often. When she realized she didn’t have to type anything or push any buttons she relaxed. My sister-in-law is a home health nurse and she thought it was great. We are posting the day of the week and ‘this day in history’ facts as well as reminders of any appointments or calendar events. We tried it out at our home before giving it to mom and we may just get one for our house to know who is doing what!

For our family, what’s missing isn’t love or effort, but rather a simple, low-friction way to share our daily events and happenings that make our senior parents feel genuinely included. Memoryboard's private, always-on family portal for photos and messages creates the perfect communication center for my aging parents to coalesce around. They love being surprised, and are delighted with each new photo/message received!

This digital memory board has been a wonderful tool for staying connected with my elderly father. The app is easy to use, user-friendly, and allows me to send unlimited messages and photos throughout the day, which he truly enjoys seeing.

We experienced some initial connectivity issues during setup (internet related), but customer service was outstanding. I was able to speak with someone quickly, and within a few hours they helped troubleshoot the problem, explained what was happening, and helped me get everything up and running.

The Memory Board has become an invaluable way to communicate important reminders, such as upcoming doctor appointments, home health nurse visits, and other daily updates. Not just for my father but for his care team.

Most importantly, it helps my dad feel connected and supported, even when I can't be there in person.
